  • Responsible for developing the overall marketing and brand strategy to support sales and operations goals
  • Develop, implement and execute an annual marketing strategy that aligns with the organizations vision and objectives
  • Lead the process for continuous evaluation of trends and adjust marketing strategy to capitalize on shifts in the marketplace
  • Manage marketing budget and meet or exceed revenue objectives
  • Provide guidance in facilitating continued growth and evolution of products and services while driving profitability and improved margins
  • Implement and execute analytic metrics to increase overall brand value
  • Identify opportunities, emerging trends, and performance gaps to foster improvements and enhance initiatives
  • Serve as a dynamic, positive leader, while fostering teamwork, motivation, and open communication
  • Facilitate learning and skills development opportunities across the marketing team
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field required, MBA desired
  • Eight years of related experience in marketing required
  • Previous experience managing a team required
  • Aviation knowledge and experience preferred
  • Knowledge and success in brand building, market trends and analytic metrics required
  • or equivalent CRM experience desired
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively coordinate with multiple departments
  • Computer experience in Microsoft Office and Adobe software products required; working knowledge of web design and content management
  • Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment
  • Candidate should be self-motivated, independent, and exhibit exceptional management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Must be able to travel as needed
