Our Human Resources Specialist does just that! As a Human Resources Specialist, you will work directly with human resources staff members as well as the entirety of the LifeShare population on all levels of Paycom products to provide excellent service to our LifeShare staff and partners.
What we are looking for:
- Paycom HRIS experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent work experience preferred.
- 1-2 years of human resources experience required.
- Proven ability to function with integrity and maintain strict confidentiality of employee information required.
- Proficiency in the use of computer equipment and software, including but not limited to, Windows environment (Word, Excel and Outlook – Intermediate skills) required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team required
- Strong administrative skills such as ability to organize projects, good attention to detail, and demonstrated follow-through with projects.
