Anders, a top St. Louis-based accounting firm is seeking an organized, professional, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the firm’s technology efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Word, Excel, Outlook.

The Administrative Assistant must demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously. In addition, they must demonstrate effective oral communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with staff inside and outside of the department.

Specific duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):





Microsoft Partnership:

  • Monitor and monetize the Microsoft partnership, which may include scheduling of trainings for the teams, tracking of incentives, and payment tracking.


Project team assistance:

  • Work with Project Manager to schedule specific dates to all calendars.
  • Schedule initial project kickoff meeting with clients.
  • Schedule closing of project meeting with clients and account managers.
  • Maintain checklist to ensure all documentation is added to IT Glue.
  • Ensure the verification process has been performed or scheduled following certain projects.
  • Assist with writing project charters.
  • Assist team with any large ERP Assessment documentation.


Marketing / Sales:

  • Assist with Statement of Work (SOW) creations.
  • Assist with sell sheet creations.
  • Liaison between Technology and Marketing to ensure our marketing efforts are moving forward.


Time Entry:

  • Assist team with entering billable time and reviewing for accuracy.


General Admin Duties:

  • Manage Outlook inboxes to ensure all customer requests are prioritized and responded to timely.
  • Prepare email templates for all sales efforts.
  • Assemble reports and ensure technology team receives them on a daily/weekly basis
  • Schedule group meetings and ensure re-occurring meetings get scheduled.
    • These will include client meetings, individual team meetings, team training meetings, and quarterly goal meetings.
  • Write-up or review all documentation for the team that either need to go to a client or saved for documentation.
  • Ensure all documentation and emails on projects get sent on the date needed.
  • 2-4 years of experience in an administrative support role
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products, plus Adobe Acrobat
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Team oriented to accomplish project work
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
  • Outstanding organization, time management, administrative skills
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and flexibility
  • Operates with a “service oriented” mindset; demonstrates initiative and desire to assist others
