Nearpod is searching for a Sr. Data Analyst to join our growth team. This position will help lead the self-service reporting and data analysis function at Nearpod. Working in a highly cross-functional environment, the lead data analyst will develop and maintain reporting tools, provide data-driven recommendations in support of key decisions and enable Nearpod’s go to market team with tools to support all phases of the sales cycle from prospecting to renewal.
Our Ideal Candidate will:
Experience delivering self-service reporting tools
Experience supporting SaaS sales and renewals, including prospecting, usage reporting and health scoring.
Partner with all levels of the organization to advise and deliver data supports for key decisions and provide ongoing analysis of key performance metrics
Entrepreneurial and self-directed; demonstrated ability to innovate and bias toward action in fast-paced environments.
Required Skills and Experience:
4+ years of data analyst experience, preferably with a high growth SaaS company
4+ years of experience querying databases using SQL
2+ years of experience working with data engineers in an agile environment to define data transformations and target schemas to support reporting and data analysis efforts
1+ years of experience working with analytics databases; i.e. Snowflake, Redshift or BigQuery
