As a Service Desk Engineer at Priester Aviation, you will be the first point of contact for technical support within our organization. You will provide essential IT support to our employees, ensuring that all technical issues are resolved promptly to minimize downtime and maintain the efficiency of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commit to providing excellent IT customer service and support to all employees of the organization
- Manage expectations and resolve issues as quickly as possible to minimize downtime
- Respond to email, phone, and chat support requests from both onsite and remote employees
- Use your impressive communication and problem-solving skills to support the growth and development of the IT needs of the organization
- Assist in the ongoing development of the support knowledgebase
- Additional IT related responsibilities as assigned
