We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Control Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in the aviation industry.
Position Summary:
As a Maintenance Control Intern, you will assist our Maintenance Control team with day-to-day operations. This experience provides a unique opportunity to work closely with experienced aviation professionals and gain valuable insights into aircraft maintenance management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with communication with flight crews and the flight planning department.
- Work with Maintenance Controllers to learn and assist with projects.
- Assist Maintenance Control in AOG event coordination.
- Perform organizational and filing duties of aircraft records and equipment
- Ship and track aircraft parts, tooling, and records.
- Answer phone calls/email communications when necessary.
- Participate and coordinate aircraft departures and arrivals.
- Other Duties as assigned by the Director of Maintenance and the Aircraft Maintenance Manager.
