MSM Girls Director

Role’s Mission:

Because 5^th-8^th Ministries is committed to helping students take their next steps in maturity with Jesus, the MSM Girls Director will equip leaders to disciple students, create environments that help the student/leader relationship thrive, and help lead 5^th-8^th grade trips.

1. As an equipper of leaders the MSM Girls Director will identify, recruit, and train leaders to better disciple students. She will intentionally shepherd each female leader accordingly, so they show up consistently and intentionally in the lives of students, partner with parents, and create a safe place for current and new students.
2. The MSM Girls Director will work alongside the 5^th-8^th West Campus team to create environments of empowering leaders for connection, small group discussion, discipleship, and contact work.
3. The MSM Girls Director will discover, develop, and deploy leaders to assist in the making of our small group being Jesus centered, excellent, memorable, and fulfill the mission statement of the ministry.
4. The MSM Girls Director will provide pastoral care for female leaders, families, and students.

Christ Chapel’s Mission:

To stretch every involved person from the threshold of their spiritual pilgrimage toward becoming a fully-developing follower of Christ (Col 1:28-29).

Reporting Relationship:
This position reports to the 5^th-8^th Pastor West Campus.

Requirements:

1. Must be a Christian with an Elder-qualified character (1 Timothy 3:1-7; Titus 1:5-9)
2. Must be a maturing believer who is obviously, consistently and increasingly manifesting the fruit of the Spirit in their daily walk with Christ (Galatians 5:22-23)
3. Must embrace our church’s doctrinal position and constitution without reservation and be an advocate of our philosophy of ministry both in public and in private
4. PREFERED a bachelor’s degree or seminary degree and a minimum of 2 years church or parachurch experience in a similar field.

Additional information:

• This role is required to work several trips that involve overnight stays of multiple days.
• This role leads in 2 distinct weekly programs.
