What we need from you: 

You hold a current Wisconsin dental license or are licensed in another state with the ability to obtain a Wisconsin license. 

You have 3 or more years of experience, with a strong commitment to clinical excellence, ongoing learning and the creation of exceptional patient experiences. 

You will embrace our client’s mission to provide exceptional quality care and you have very high-quality standards in terms of the work you produce. 

You are empathetic and have a compassionate chair-side presence with the ability to connect with patients from all walks of life to create a five-star patient experience. 

You are highly proficient in comprehensive treatment planning. 

You have confidence in recommending ideal care as well as secondary options to ideal care based on patient financial means. 

You are eager to embrace technology and lifelong learning in the pursuit of dental excellence. 

You look forward to working collaboratively and empowering fellow team members.
