EMS is seeking an Administrative Assistant that thrives in a fast paced environment at our Independence, Ohio location. The role of an Administrative Assistant demands constant focus and commitment to the gathering, processing, and various data entry maintenance of merchant accounts with EMS. Additionally because our industry is dynamic, and fast-paced this position requires a commitment to learning about our industry and business, and expanding upon established office and clerical knowledge.
- General account maintenance through various internal and external systems
- Close merchant accounts in internal and external systems
- Gather, file, save and scan documents when necessary
- Interpret and route information to various teams as needed
- Respond and process emails pertaining to job function
- Research and compile information related to financial or administrative related issues
- Provide constructive feedback on process methods and suggest improvements
- Update and maintain daily reports through Word and Excel
