Summary
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for leading the HR and facilities functions of ANA and implementing HR operational strategies that are aligned with business objectives.
Essential Functions
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define local goals/objectives and identify ways to support those goals/objectives through talent management initiatives;
- Consult with global HR team to assist in defining and implementing strategic talent objectives;
- Lead, train, and develop a team of HR professionals including HR business partners, compensation and benefits manager, recruiters, project manager, and coordinators;
- Oversee facilities department and safety programs;
- Act as a strategic partner to provide innovative thinking and problem solving to leadership teams on critical HR issues;
- Identify ways to increase staff retention and productivity, including advancing strategies on employee engagement, staff development, and succession planning.
- Maintain knowledge and ensure organization compliance on relevant laws and regulations at the local, state, and national level relating to employment;
- Develop and implement employee benefit programs including assessing competitiveness of programs and practices against relevant comparable companies, industries, and markets;
- Advise and implement compensation strategies including handling the administration of annual merit pool, development of bonus/incentive programs, and analysis of pay structures;
- Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of departments and services performed;
- Utilize available data to evaluate talent performance and budget and recruitment plan compliance;
- Lead the recruitment process for key ANA positions;
- Provide oversight and guidance to HR teams of identified Asmodee Group subsidiaries;
- Act as a player-coach identifying appropriate situations to be a hands-on leader;
- Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
