Summary of Position

The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for the timely and cost-effective delivery of products and ensuring the best supply chain solutions are achieved.

Essential Functions

• Process orders directly from global factories.
• Coordinate direct shipments to customers from domestic and international factories.
• Coordinate and confirm delivery schedules for major product lines.
• Coordinate shipment of all English-language products from global factories to Asmodee NA.
• Provide documents to customs brokerage and follow-up on delayed shipments.
• Verify counts with packing lists, keeping the Finance department informed, and contact shippers with overages/shortages.
• Update the incoming container list sent from the Warehouse.
• Respond to miscellaneous requests from the Warehouse; partially filled containers, receiving of damaged goods.
• Maintain and update the release schedule database on a regular basis.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

• Minimum of an Associate’s degree in a related field.
• At least one year of experience in shipping/logistics preferred; not required.
• At least two years of experience with ocean or air importing.

Minimum Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess a good understanding of the international forwarding business, Incoterms, and knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations.
• Willingness to research independently and be able to explain various products/product lines.
• Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple high-priority projects.
• Possess proven analytical/problem-solving solutions for the customer and the company.
• Must be trustworthy with high confidentially information and materials.
• Must be able to use independent judgment and discretion.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other teams and individuals.
