As an Assistant Director, you'll oversee group homes in Washington County. You'll empower people with disabilities to lead self-determined lives. You'll supervise managers and staff and providing financial oversight. You'll ensure compliance with OARs and agency policies.
Essential Duties
- Supervise and manage assigned program managers.
- Manage each program within budget.
- Review ISPs developed bto ensure compliance.
- Monitor and conduct monthly reviews of the personal finances of those served.
- Ensure Quality Assurance.
- Support state licensing review and implement corrections.
- Assist with new program development.
- Provide oversight for OIS practice.
- Function as Program Manager as needed.
