Description

The Bank of Washington is seeking a Electronic Banking Associate that will give amazing service and support to our customers through electronic delivery methods.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assumes responsibility and is accountable for adherence to Bank policies and procedures as well as all laws, rules and regulations
  • Assist with online banking daily functions and provide service to online banking customers
  • Provide assistance and guidance to other employees with customer related issues, including but not limited to online and mobile banking, debit cards, ACH origination, wire transfers, remote deposit capture, positive pay or ATMs
  • Provide quality service via telephone and email, ensuring that the customers’ needs are met by having the ability to listen and analyze problems, determine the approach and/or solution and communicate resolution to customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Capable to work flexible hours, could include evening and some weekends

 

Preferred Education, Experience, Technical Knowledge and Skills:

  • Easily adapt to change
  • Ability to multitask proficiently
  • Previous banking experience
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and current technology methods
  • Demonstrate professional demeanor in appearance, interpersonal relations, and communication
  • Possess a strong work ethic 
  • Ability to adjust to frequent changes in workload and meet deadlines
  • Possess clear, concise, effective written and oral communication skills to effectively express thoughts, ideas and concepts to internal and external customers
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
