Com Hab Mentor

Independent Living, Inc., a progressive and dynamic cross-disability services organization and a leader in the provision of peer services in the Hudson Valley region is seeking to hire Com Hab Mentor. The Com Hab Mentor will be responsible for providing direct support to participants receiving services that will promote community integration and independent living. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
