Hours: M-Tues-Wed-Fri 9am-5pm; Must be able to work 1 late shift per week (Thursdays 11am -8pm) and 1 Saturday per month (10am- 3pm)


Patient Liaison                                                                                          

Patient Liaison is a mission-critical role for Sona Dermatology patients. For your respective practice, you are responsible for commercial excellence with emphasis on 1. quality of patient experience/service, 2. quantity and quality of practice sales-growth, and 3. overall practice-level performance and value creation.

In addition to servant leadership and top talent EQ/IQ, the Patient Liaison operates in a highly dynamic environment where it is vital to 1. be a subject matter expert in all Sona Dermatology services and 2. actively service patients and communities through effective consultative processes.


Role / Duties & Responsibilities                                                               

The Patient Liaison is responsible for management of the practice commercial functions (patient & referral education, service, and value creation) and includes:

  • Communication of #1 Patient Clinical-Cosmetic Care for Life Value Proposition to patients and partners (clinical, cosmetic, retail)
  • Voice of the Client/Patient (and Referrals) for innovative patient service and care
  • Active-Engaged Leadership in partnership with Practice General Manager to Drive Daily Commercial Excellence
  • Strategic Plan/Tactical Performance (practice sales, service, and value creation)
  • Practice Business Development and Physician Liaison (growth initiatives, referrals, strategic partnerships)
  • Data-Driven Analytics/Insights & Technology-Enabled/Accelerated COE Workflows

Patient Liaison reports to the Practice General Manager and partners with Commercial Initiatives Leader, and Corporate Teams. The ideal Patient Liaison, in partnership with the Practice General Manager, will be an essential part of Sona Dermatology’s Commercial Team and is a leader with strong interpersonal skills, professional and personal integrity, and an effective leadership style aligned with Sona Dermatology’s organizational guiding principles:

Capabilities Experience / Expertise / Education                                           

  • 3-5+ Years Consultative Sales Experience (B2C, B2B, BD, growth, sales)
  • 1-3+ Years Healthcare (clinical-dermatology or cosmetic; bonus consumer/retail)
  • 1-3+ Years Growth and Innovation in Healthcare, Health & Wellness, and/or Retail
  • Track Record of Breakthrough Results (growth, innovation, revenue/sales, value creation)
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit (active/decisive, problem-solver, growth/innovation ventures)
  • Expertise in Growth Strategy including Leveraging Data and Analytics/BI Resources
  • Commercial Excellence Toolkit (BD, CRM, Organic Initiatives, Referrals-Clinical/WOM)
  • Bachelor's Degree and Continuing Relevant Industry/Professional Training
