Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, execute, and optimize all online, including PPC, advertising campaigns.
  • Research keywords and audiences, write ads, manage bids and budget, and conduct A/B testing on all online advertising campaigns.
  • Review advertising accounts daily with the goal of increasing key performance indicators such as Conversions, Return on Ad Spend, Cost per Conversion, etc.
  • Create and optimize landing pages for online campaigns and promotions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on optimizing content to increase online conversions.
  • Track and report on website and campaign activity and key milestones.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting that collects, analyzes, and summarizes what happened during the reporting period, how the data correlates to business outcomes, and advise on any countermeasures needed to increase performance and outcomes.
  • Lead daily administration of all Google Analytics and Ads accounts, Bing Ads, webmaster tools, etc.
  • Support various eCommerce initiatives to ensure appropriate integration with eCommerce campaigns.
  • Continually research trends related to eCommerce marketing and implement as needed to increase campaign performance and outcomes.
  • Other duties may be assigned by Manager or Supervisor.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing eCommerce marketing campaigns.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or other related field.
  • 2+ years’ experience in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign, Acrobat, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Experience building advertising campaigns, producing ad copy, running tests, and utilizing data to make effective optimizations.


Travel

  • Up to 10% travel required.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge in eCommerce marketing technologies, processes, and methodologies (i.e. SEO, PPC, Google Ads and Analytics, Bing Ads, webmaster tools, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities to communicate with stakeholders and subject matter experts on campaign and advertising status, as well as communicate and work through any potential roadblocks.
  • Strong sense of personal accountability.
  • Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to predict challenges and seek to proactively overcome obstacles.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising metrics, and ability to connect trends to broader strategy.
  • Knowledge and understanding of popular marketing, social media, and advertising trends.
  • Advanced skillset within Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, structuring and combining data sets, and deriving insights that will lead to performance improvement.
