Education and/or Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing eCommerce marketing campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or other related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign, Acrobat, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Experience building advertising campaigns, producing ad copy, running tests, and utilizing data to make effective optimizations.
Travel
- Up to 10% travel required.
Skills and Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge in eCommerce marketing technologies, processes, and methodologies (i.e. SEO, PPC, Google Ads and Analytics, Bing Ads, webmaster tools, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities to communicate with stakeholders and subject matter experts on campaign and advertising status, as well as communicate and work through any potential roadblocks.
- Strong sense of personal accountability.
- Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to predict challenges and seek to proactively overcome obstacles.
- Familiarity with digital advertising metrics, and ability to connect trends to broader strategy.
- Knowledge and understanding of popular marketing, social media, and advertising trends.
- Advanced skillset within Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, structuring and combining data sets, and deriving insights that will lead to performance improvement.
