Asset Manager

Asset managers are responsible for monitoring property performance and maximizing property revenue for RREAF investors. The role includes directing the asset's leasing, operations, and construction teams to ensure optimal value is achieved for each asset. The position requires working with underwriting, marketing, property management, accounting, and legal teams to direct the asset to optimal performance. Annual travel to visit assets around the country is required. The position is full-time, in our Dallas office, reporting to the Director of Asset Management.

Minimum requirements are a relevant college degree such as Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Business, or Real Estate.
