Description

Job Summary: Serve as primary client relationship contact for private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies. Manage existing book of business and develop additional business opportunities with existing clients, while also contributing to new business opportunities for new sponsor clients.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead RFP response processes, including review, identification, and coordination of line of business groups, and document ownership
  • Identify, engage, and integrate delivery of all CAC resources to deliver on the client experience
  • Manage and support portfolio programs
  • Partner with sponsors in communication from sponsor to portcos
  • Portco Data and Analytics data and insight from portco insurance and human capital risk data
  • Coordinate management of CAC service team deliverables
  • Advise sponsosr on all key portco issues, renewals, etc.
  • Sponsor stewardship reviews
  • Create efficiencies for sponsor clients
  • Ensure insurance program requirements are met from a legal, regulatory & compliance standpoint
  • Build and develop market relationships in collaboration with broking and sales teams
  • Engage with sales and broking teams to maintain an informed position on marketplace dynamics
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; substantial work experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • 5+ years of industry (Property & Casualty, Financial Lines, Human Capital Risk) work experience required
  • Understanding and experience with all insurance lines preferred
  • State specific license is required (can be obtained post-hire)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to efficiently handle multiple, simultaneous, and complex tasks and projects
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
