- Bachelor’s Degree required; substantial work experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- 5+ years of industry (Property & Casualty, Financial Lines, Human Capital Risk) work experience required
- Understanding and experience with all insurance lines preferred
- State specific license is required (can be obtained post-hire)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to efficiently handle multiple, simultaneous, and complex tasks and projects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
