Anders CPAs + Advisors has an opening for a Project Manager with strong process improvement experience.  This Project Manager will have experience within the accounting/finance industry to drive process optimization and robotics within the firm. This person will work closely with department stakeholders to identify and analyze process improvements.

Position Responsibilities

• Lead team efforts in identifying, developing, and executing process improvement initiatives within various departments.
• Identify, analyze, and document current processes could improve through technology and automation.
• Creating long- and short-term plans, including defining project goals and scope, setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines, and allocating resources.
• Report timelines and projects updates to leadership to keep the project aligned with their goals.
• Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
• Work with various vendors to lead implementation of accounting-based applications and Microsoft based products.
• Perform IT project management for a CPA firm.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Power Automate, PowerBI, Flow, SharePoint Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Strong vendor management skills

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or direct work experience in LEAN process improvement
• 5+ years of experience in business process improvement, business analysis and process engineering
• 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills and use of project tracking tools.
• Experience in technology projects of software implementation and infrastructure project management
• Knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., agile/scrum)
• Leading, complex process improvement initiatives, specifically using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
• LEAN Six Sigma Certification highly preferred
• PMP certification preferred
