General Laborer

Westfalia is hiring! We are looking for a General Laborer to join our Warehouse Operations team. The Laborer will assist with various manual tasks to support construction, manufacturing, warehouse operations, or other labor-intensive environments. This role requires physical stamina, attention to safety, and the ability to work in various environments.

Job Functions:

• Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, moving, and organizing materials.
• Operate basic tools, machinery, and equipment as needed.
• Assist skilled workers in construction, maintenance, or production projects.
• Follow safety protocols and wear the required protective equipment.
• Load and unload materials, ensuring proper storage and handling.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support team members with various duties as assigned by supervisors.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Prior experience in manual labor or a related field is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (typically up to 50 lbs.).
• Willingness to work outdoors or in various environments.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of tools and equipment is a plus.

Education/Experience:

• Highschool Diploma or GED (Preferred).

Desired/Required:

• 1+ Years’ Experience working in a general laborer role or similar. (Preferred)
• Exposure to Warehouse Operations or similar environment. (Preferred)
