Overview:

An experienced Retail Merchandiser with 2+ years of merchandising experience with confidence in analysis of data, quick follow through and extreme attention to detail.  Overall role to support the success and growth of Farfetch Business touch points. Take ownership over customer service and provide a consistent, positive customer experience.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the merchandising team to partner on all product launches and deliveries to ensure we are uploading product in a timely manner
  • Responsible for sending out weekly and monthly reporting; coming up with a plan of action to grow the business further
  • Provide exceptional customer support and service
  • Work closely with the warehouse to ensure all incoming and outgoing product is handled and processed accurately and timely

Key Objectives

  • Partnership with the merchandising team to drive sales as well as, product uploads, photography organization, coordination with DSMNY, DSMLA, CDGNY stores.
  • Partner with Ecommerce and Merchandising team on weekly product launches
  • Liase with the warehouse on incoming/outgoing shipments; ensure we are following the SOP’s to get orders out in a timely matter
  • Partner with the DSMNY, DSMLA, and CDGNY Concierge teams to ensure consistent customer service message
  • Come up with strategies in season to increase sales and support the business
  • Work closely with Inventory Control Manager to ensure stock levels are always accurate
  • Create longstanding relationships with DSM partners
  • Provide excellent customer service internal and external

 

Skills:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar Merchandising role
  • Experience running a Farfetch business preferred
  • Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Office, etc)
  • Excellent understanding of the merchandising process
  • Excellent communication skills
