The purpose of the Registrar’s Office Coordinator position is to provide excellent customer service support to incoming students, current students, former students, and faculty via front desk and telephone. This individual will also serve as the Registrar’s Office front desk liaison and the campus phone operator.

Essential Functions:

  • Assist in setting up their academic planning in preparation for graduation
  • Admit and assist non-traditional, AA and BA, students
  • Process all transcript requests for current and former students, including coordination with Credentials Solutions
  • Enter into system transcript, exam evaluations, for all students
  • Notify students of any academic record updates, including transfer coursework and exam evaluations
  • Ensure all student folders are completed and processed accurately in a timely manner
  • Provide customer service and professionalism by answering the phones for campus
  • Complete enrollment, good student, and insurance verifications
  • Process address/name changes
  • Process add/drop forms for course enrollment
  • Assist in new catalog preparations
  • Assist with web form updates
  • Provide web training and support for faculty, staff, and students on an as needed basis
  • Update the Academic calendar via MyJudson
  • Submit supply orders through Amazon Business for all necessary office supplies
  • Assist/train department on MyJudson

Additional Duties:

  • Serve as the face of the registrar’s office, greeting all students and faculty that need assistance and ensuring the office provides a warm, welcoming environment for all who enter
  • Become familiar with the Judson mission, goals, and overall culture
  • Promote a positive, Christ-centered work environment
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

  • Minimum Associates of Arts/Science Degree and/or two years completed college course work in Human Services or a related field.
  • Must have excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact and communicate with students and adult program personnel
  • Must be results oriented and able to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple activities while paying close attention to detail
  • Commitment to Christian higher education and spiritual formation

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Prior experience in a higher education environment working with academic programs, policies, and procedures
  • Prior experience in database procedures and data entry

Salary & Benefits:
