Overview:

 

In partnership with the Ecommerce team, support the success and growth across all Ecommerce touchpoints – DSMNY ESHOP, CDG ESHOP, and Farfetch.  Take ownership over customer service and provide a consistent, positive customer experience.  Must have full-time availability and weekend, both Saturday and Sunday, availability.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service for all Ecommerce platforms
  • Responsible for all email and phone communication as customer service touch points
  • Coordinate with warehouse on incoming/outgoing logistics
  • Responsible for all Instagram communication

  • Provide customer support and service; always ensure the very best customer experience
  • Work closely with the warehouse to ensure all incoming and outgoing product is handled and processed accurately and timely

  • Must be energetic and self-motivated. Willing to do whatever is required to get the job done
  • Decisive, structured and organized, with a keen eye for detail

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Microsoft Excel
  • Fluent in English, additional language skills a plus
