The Senior Digital Product Manager at GameTime will be instrumental in leading the development and strategic direction of our new web-based design and configuration tool. This role requires a strong leader who can work independently and take full ownership of the product. The successful candidate will collaborate extensively with external engineering teams and internal stakeholders to deliver a product that aligns with GameTime’s vision and market needs.


Reporting directly to the Director of Field Technology, this contract position will allow the Senior Digital Product Manager to shape the future of GameTime’s digital and software product offerings. The Senior Digital Product Manager will address key challenges such as transitioning from legacy systems to a modern, web-based platform, managing the integration of new technologies, and aligning diverse teams within a traditionally hardware-focused company.



Position Objectives:

In this role, the Senior Digital Product Manager will:


  • Lead Product Strategy and Execution: Own the product strategy for new web-based design and configuration tool from conception to launch. Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and user expectations.
  • Manage External Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with external engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient product development cycles. Act as the primary point of contact for all communications between internal teams and external partners.
  • Hands-on Product Management: Daily collaboration with the external engineering team, crafting detailed documentation, product briefs, user stories, and comprehensive requirements. Lead the grooming sessions with developers, undertake thorough testing, and serve as the product owner, directly providing feedback and approving final outputs.
  • Independent Leadership: Operate autonomously, making critical decisions and driving the project forward. Establish processes and frameworks to guide your work and the contributions of external teams.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly engage with stakeholders to gather inputs, communicate product progress, and align product features with broader business objectives.
  • Market and User Research: Conduct comprehensive market and user research to inform product strategies and feature development. Incorporate feedback from rep agency leads and end-users to enhance product functionality and usability.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and analyze key performance indicators to measure product success and make data-driven decisions for future product iterations.
  • Agile Project Management: Champion agile methodologies within the team, facilitating planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of product features.





  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in product management with web or app based products/services. Experience managing projects with external engineering teams is a must.
  • Leadership and Autonomy: Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently, with a track record of taking ownership and delivering results.
  • Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of web-based technologies and collaborative development environments.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with an ability to anticipate future challenges and opportunities.
  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional communication skills to effectively manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Capable of adjusting to new challenges in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.






Language Skills


Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. 


Reasoning Ability


Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with an ability to anticipate future challenges and opportunities


Computer Skills


To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in operating press room claimer, entering Pareto data, and accessing on hand information in report manager.
