- Provide support assistance to residents of Blakeford across a wide variety of platforms.
- Provide support of IT infrastructure including desktops, laptops, servers, Wi-fi, printers, switches, firewall and other systems.
- Complete IT support requests via a work order system.
- Assist with employee/resident access control and emergency call systems.
- Assist all employees with technology needs.
- Participate in IT projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- 6 months to one-year of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Skills Required to Successfully Complete the Essential Functions of This Job:
Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups or managers, clients, customers and the general public.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.
