Who We’re Looking For

This role will be responsible for supporting the sales team and the client in planning and coordinating client requests from proposal through to order placement. The individual in this position will work as a direct report to a member of the sales team and learn the detailed process involved in mapping CRE properties, understanding client needs and coordinating projects with an outside network of contract resources. This position is a developmental role that will grow into an expanded career path with internal and client facing responsibilities, which may include commission-based income.  

 

How You’ll Make an Impact

 

• Responsible for supporting the sales team in planning and coordinating client requests from proposal through order.

• Partner with sales team to understand customer order and property requirements.

• Utilize internal platform and mapping tools to confirm property and data accuracy.

• Communicate with vendor resources to determine competitive project pricing and turn around time to meet client project requirements.

• Coordinate and complete entry of property data and project pricing into proposals

• Launch new projects in coordination with sales, vendors resources, and project management teams.

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of proposals and orders.

• May perform other tasks associated with ensuring a client’s quality proposal and order experience in support of the sales team.

 

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ work experience 

• 2+ years’ experience with project and/or work requiring high attention to detail.

• 2+ years experience in an Inside Sales and/or Customer Service role directly interacting with clients.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

• High School diploma required, AA or BA/BS preferred.
