Vectorform is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Coordinator (DMC) who can roll up their sleeves and support the Company’s aggressive growth agenda thru strategic and tactical marketing activities. The DMC will be a member of Vectorform's Sales & Marketing team and report directly to the Chief Growth Officer. Candidates should be marketing data and process quality champions with a strong CRM/customer acquisition background, including data extraction and analytics experience. Candidates should also enjoy being both technical and creative, and understand how to execute outbound marketing efforts for a digital audience to drive leads toward our core offerings and brand preference. 


Responsibility Summary 

The DMC will be primarily responsible to execute the outbound marketing program, including day-to-day ownership of our CRM/customer acquisition system, outbound targeting, marketing automation, website analytics, digital content calendar, webinars/events, external communication, social media, and marketing data/analytics. Understanding how marketing and sales work as a seamless entity is a must! 


Other Core Responsibilities  

  • Lead marketing campaigns to execute clear, concise brand messaging across online platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube 

  • Use the latest technology from HubSpot, Google, and others to coordinate marketing campaigns, including email and search engine optimization (SEO) and marketing (SEM) strategies 

  • Build out and execution of comprehensive content calendar ensuring promotion of all business areas with adherence to overall LinkedIn and YouTube marketing strategies 

  • Oversee lead generation efforts to attract new clients; plan, oversee, and execute the buyer's journey using our content calendar/maps with alignment of awareness, interest, consideration, and decision 

  • Manage the website, developing content and ensuring all content is up to date, measuring the success of specific web pages to confirm the website performs at optimal capacity 

  • Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, helping to execute the outbound marketing strategy using the latest best practices and techniques 

  • Ensure partner channels are maintained, and accurately reflect our core offerings 

  • Conduct and provide market research and competitive marketing analyses 

  • Ownership and continued development of list acquisition, segmentation, and management 

  • Assist in communicating campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for use or promotion 

  • Assist in the ongoing development and implementation of the company's brand strategy 

  • Monitor the results of our digital marketing efforts and report any successes or shortcomings to our leadership team 




  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 

  • 4+ years’ experience supporting digital marketing programs and campaigns 

  • Experience with CRM marketing for content management, blogging, emails, and lead capture 

  • Understanding of outbound marketing programs and concepts 

  • Strong communicator, using online collaboration & communication tools such as Microsoft Teams 

  • Task and time management skills, with the ability to juggle several demands and deadlines at once 

  • Marketing automation experience with SEO and SEM (Google AdWords, Analytics) 

  • Social media experience, promoting services through Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
