Description

Assist Project Managers with administrative and clerical duties as assigned. This position requires the ability to communicate with various in-country field representatives and to deal with different personalities with diplomacy. The ability to multi-task is essential and very strong time and organizational skills are required.

  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Publisher
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to adapt to a diverse office environment
  • Bilingual English/French helpful
  • Minimum 2 years college preferred.
