Our Aftercare Coordinator does just that!  As an Aftercare Coordinator you will work directly with donor families to offer grief support.  In this role, you will work closely with these families by offering condolences, resources for support groups and providing the families with aftercare materials. In this rewarding role, you will also coordinate donor family/recipient correspondence. 

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a focus on human relationships and/or grief support such as chaplaincy, social work, psychology, or counseling and/or equivalent work experience preferred.

  • Ability to work empathetically and professionally with families in crisis is required. 

  • Proven ability to function with integrity and confidentiality.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team required.

  • Task oriented, strong attention to detail required.

  • Proficiency in the use of computer equipment and software, including but not limited to, Windows environment (Word, Outlook, etc.) required.
