Customer Service Rockstar

Kirwan Surgical Products LLC, located in Marshfield MA, is a medical device manufacturer dedicated to creating and developing superior products for demanding microsurgical specialties such as neurosurgery, ophthalmology, ear, nose and throat, plastic and reconstructive surgery, and orthopaedic surgery.

We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our team and provide outstanding customer service to our customers and international distributors.  This position requires a strong attention to detail, and focus on the customer.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service for our customers and distributors
• Process orders from customers and manage them in line with company policy and systems, following through to shipment, ensuring quality service.
• Work collaboratively with other departments for dispute resolution.
• Respond to customer inquiries (email/phone) in a timely and professional manner providing knowledge and accurate information to customers.
• Work as part of a team, with a flexible & proactive approach to increase and maintain the quality of service.

Job Skills:

• Must have prior customer service experience
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Keen sense of time management with an attention to detail
• Customer focus with a sense of urgency to customer needs
• Strong Computer skills in MS Word and Excel, and use a cloud based manufacturing system
• Mathematical skills - ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
