Are you ready to make a difference? MIND Education, the creators of ST Math and InsightMath, is looking for an Adoption & Proposals Manager who is responsible for managing the entire education proposal development process, from inception to submission, for MIND’s products and solutions. This position resides on the Engagement team.

Responsibilities

  • Development and Management: Lead the end-to-end proposal development process, including drafting, editing, and finalizing proposals for MIND’s products and solutions.
  • Manage Timelines: Create and ensure timely completion of proposal timelines.
  • Assign Tasks: Issue assignments to team members and ensure they meet their deadlines.
  • Collaborate: Work with other departments, such as curriculum, product, sales, finance & revenue operations, and education success, to craft compelling, competitive, and compliant proposals.
  • Coordinate: Coordinate with subject matter experts across departments for proposal content, manage presentation requests, and materials distribution.
  • Actively Research: Seek out and identify RFP, RFI, adoption, and funding opportunities.
  • Submission: Ensure responses are tailored to meet the specific needs of the partner while aligning with MIND’s mission and strategic goals. 
  • Analysis of Results & Continuous Improvement: Track submissions metrics. Conduct Win/Loss Analysis to identify and implement areas of improvement. Track field test and pilot progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 5+ years of experience in proposal development, grant writing, or project management, preferably in the education sector
  • Excellent writing, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent with RFP and adoption processes in the education industry
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills
  • Familiar with education industry trends, funding mechanisms, and compliance requirements
