The Accounting Clerk will perform bookkeeping and accounting tasks including invoicing customers and collecting payment.

Essential Responsibilities:

Perform day to day accounting duties including accounts payable, accounts receivable, booking journal entries, reconciling credit card account

Assist in accounts payable by entering bills from vendors

Handle collections for past due accounts and request payment

Prepare and post daily deposits

Perform accounts receivable reconciliation

Assist with daily invoicing

Perform other duties as assigned
