Our department is growing! The Constant Accounting Department is in need of a 2nd shift Purchasing Coordinator who is comfortable working in a remote setting.  Monday thru Friday, 2:30pm-11pm.  Training for this opportunity will take place at our Corporate Office (18601 Cleveland Parkway Drive, Cleveland) for 30-60 days and will be first shift.  

  • Maintain and strengthen business relationships, internally and externally to align sourcing strategies to meet business requirements
  • Support AOG business needs in addition to other departmental needs
  • Obtain vendor quotes and issue purchase orders
  • Source products effectively and efficiently
  • Gather information for customer quotes, negotiate pricing when appropriate
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with suppliers/partners
  • Identify new sources of supply, and potentially acceptable new products/technologies
  • Monitor and expedite shipments to maximize on-time delivery
  • Monitor open order queue
  • Monitors and communicates order status with all internal customers
  • Record all sales and/or customer transactions that occur
  • Assist in handling customer complaints and concerns and make sure the problem is corrected to the customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accuracy of all purchase orders
  • Sells necessary products to meet the customer's needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Customer service and sales experience preferred
  • Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively coordinate with multiple departments
  • Planning and organizational skills necessary
  • High sense of urgency and strong attention to detail required
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Computer experience in Microsoft Office software products preferred
