Job Summary: Assist the Account Executive, Broker and Producer with marketing and servicing of new and renewal business.  Coordinate with production team and insurance carriers to facilitate a successful client renewal.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Discuss renewal strategy meeting with A/E for both internally and with client
  • Prepare for renewal submission:
    • Organize client data and send to analytics team for modeling
    • Prepare submissions to be sent to market
    • Prepare loss summaries and stratification at different retention levels as discussed with the broker
    • Work with CAC Loss Control to compile necessary submission documentation
    • Update manuscript policy forms to be sent out with submission
  • Follow up with underwriters for quotes
  • Create program schematics and pricing summaries for client presentations
  • Send quotes to client and obtain bind order as needed
  • Create Policy file in shared drive once binders come in
  • Send binders to client with list of subjectivities
  • Follow up with carriers for policies
  • Follow up with brokers that the policies have been checked
  • Check quotes, binders and policies in conjunction with the broker
  • Send checked policies to client,
  • Follow up with carrier if any endorsements are needed
  • Maintain shared drive of key documents (i.e policies, endorsements, invoices, Autos ID Cards, Certificates, Audits etc.)
  • Handle ad hoc requests for acquisitions/divestments, policy changes, and any other mid-term renewal activity
  • Assist broker with prospect presentations and RFP responses




  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience required
  • State specific license required, or obtained within 60 days of hire
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail & time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products to include Word, Excel & PowerPoint

Salary:  Up to $125,000 depending on experience with bonus opportunity and competitive benefits package
