The Construction Inspector's primary role is to complete physical inspections of new construction projects.   This position is essential for protecting bank’s interest in real estate collateral.

A Construction Inspector's responsibilities include:

• Conducting physical inspections of new construction projects and uses knowledge of construction budgets and real estate to provide assessment of construction progress
• Prepares property condition reports
• Adheres to bank policies and procedures and complies with legal and regulatory requirements including appraisal industry's concepts and practices
• Provides responsive customer service to internal customers (i.e., loan officers, loan admin, senior management)

This is a part-time position, with 10-15 hours per week available.  The schedule for this position will vary based on department needs.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness and ability to work for brief periods outdoors, in various weather conditions
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills. 
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills. 
• Ability to perform multiple tasks and adhere to established deadlines. 
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technology.  Demonstrated proficiency in software including Microsoft Office Suite
