The Construction Inspector's primary role is to complete physical inspections of new construction projects. This position is essential for protecting bank’s interest in real estate collateral.
A Construction Inspector's responsibilities include:
- Conducting physical inspections of new construction projects and uses knowledge of construction budgets and real estate to provide assessment of construction progress
- Prepares property condition reports
- Adheres to bank policies and procedures and complies with legal and regulatory requirements including appraisal industry's concepts and practices
- Provides responsive customer service to internal customers (i.e., loan officers, loan admin, senior management)
This is a part-time position, with 10-15 hours per week available. The schedule for this position will vary based on department needs.
