Ingo Money’s Client Services Implementation Specialist is a critical member of the Client Services team and is responsible for the implementation and Client Services management process for Ingo clients. The Specialist will be expected to continuously improve the overall implementation process as well as the overall handling of client requests. The Specialist will be responsible for managing relationships with the clients and will lead customer implementations, collaborating with internal staff to ensure a smooth implementation for each client. The Specialist will also be cross-trained on all internal daily settlement and reconciliation processes to support clients across all Ingo product platforms.


Specific Duties & Responsibilities


  • Manage client implementation projects, create and manage project plans, deliverables and milestones
  • Manage procedures and customer facing documentation for implementation projects
  • Ensure materials are up to date, as processes can change frequently
  • Work with Client Services Team daily to answer Client requests



  • Ability to understand technical systems and requirements and able to clearly express these concepts to clients and internal teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral & written)
  • Process and detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • A self-starter with ability to work independently
  • A quick learner, comfortable working in a dynamic, fast changing environment




  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years’ experience in an electronic payments industry role
  • Financial services, payment network and/or banking industry experience, a plus
  • Previous training and product implementation experience a plus
  • Previous testing and quality assurance experience a plus
