Ingo Money’s Client Services Implementation Specialist is a critical member of the Client Services team and is responsible for the implementation and Client Services management process for Ingo clients. The Specialist will be expected to continuously improve the overall implementation process as well as the overall handling of client requests. The Specialist will be responsible for managing relationships with the clients and will lead customer implementations, collaborating with internal staff to ensure a smooth implementation for each client. The Specialist will also be cross-trained on all internal daily settlement and reconciliation processes to support clients across all Ingo product platforms.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage client implementation projects, create and manage project plans, deliverables and milestones
- Manage procedures and customer facing documentation for implementation projects
- Ensure materials are up to date, as processes can change frequently
- Work with Client Services Team daily to answer Client requests
