Job Description


The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse activities. A successful Warehouse Manager displays leadership and management skills for both short and long-term success, and is committed to maintaining excellent standards in customer service.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Mentor warehouse employees by establishing expectations, coaching, and goal-setting with follow-ups and evaluations
  • Forecast daily warehouse staffing needs and pursues additional support as needed
  • Conduct daily briefings to delegate tasks and communicate company expectations
  • Lead warehouse employees in executing daily operations such as: loading, unloading, prepping, de-prepping, of production jobs within their required timeframes
  • Play a critical role in driving company culture to maintain a positive work environment for warehouse employees
  • Assign docks, prep areas, and organize truck packs
  • Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts and spearheading building improvements and repairs as needed
  • Master Easy Job in order to utilize daily as well as mentor others on its capabilities.
  • Interface with Account Executives, Project Managers and the Management Team
  • Abide by all State and Federal safety regulations including OSHA, EPA, MSDS and NEPA, as well as State Regulations
  • Manage, operate and maintain all Clearwing owned heavy equipment
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Five (5) years working experience in the entertainment industry in warehouse environments preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Familiarity and ability to adhere to local code standards
  • Extremely proficient in Mac and Windows operating systems and Google Suite
  • Valid Drivers License and clean MVR
  • OSHA 30 Certification
  • Forklift, Boom Lift, and Scissor Lift certified
  • CPR Certification

Physical Working Conditions:

  • Regularly bend, twist, stretch, push, pull and carry, lift 50-75 lbs.
  • Sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
  • Walk up and down stairs or ladders
  • Work in various temperatures and outdoor weather conditions
  • May work "on-call" as needed including some nights and weekends
  • Work long hours and overtime as required
