Holland Hall was established in 1922 and currently serves approximately 1,000 preK through 12th grade students in a coeducational setting. The Associate Director of Admission for the Primary School manages the entire admission process for PreK through Grade-3 students, reports directly to the Assistant Head of School for Enrollment Management, and collaborates with the Head of the Primary School and Primary School faculty.

JOB DUTIES 

  • Contact and visit feeder schools and organizations across the Greater Tulsa area
  • Manage the Primary School Admission files throughout the process 
  • Organize, schedule, and direct Primary School tours, play days, and classroom visits
  • Coordinate Primary School Admission Assessments with prospective families and Primary School faculty
  • Cultivate and maintain close working relationships with Holland Hall parents, teachers, and administrators
  • Assist in the development, maintenance, and execution of the department's communication plan to prospective and admitted students
  • Collaboratively design and implement recruiting initiatives, goals, strategies, and marketing efforts, including publications, related to target-market recruiting 
  • Assist in resolving complex admission situations
  • Remain knowledgeable about all programs and initiatives and provide support, in all areas as needed
  • Maintain awareness about the competitive landscape and local admission trends
  • Perform other job-related duties in order to fulfill the overall purpose of Holland Hall

Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

  • Bachelor's degree required 

PREVIOUS RELATED EXPERIENCE 

  • Knowledge of Holland Hall programs and independent school culture
  • Customer service experience
  • Knowledge of Google and Microsoft products.

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Work day from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The time required to perform this job may extend to hours outside department hours to include evenings and occasionally weekends.
  • Be able to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
  • Activities include walking, standing, bending, kneeling, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual activity. The work is performed primarily indoors.
