Position Overview

Our growing Direct to Consumer (DTC) team is looking for a website manager to help oversee all branded websites under the Elevate Outdoor Collective portfolio. They will oversee a team of developers and designers to support priority DTC initiatives, bringing all brands into operational alignment, share common technologies and create policies and procedures across all global ecommerce teams. They are responsible for each sites functionality, UX/UI design, and will implement and maintain all brand standards. They will also be responsible for continual site maintenance, improvements, and enhancements to achieve best-in-class website design. They will take a customer first approach with every project and initiative to create a best-in-class customer experience for each individual brand.

  • Oversee the day-to-day functionality of the site and performance
  • Comprehensive understanding of website design and content

  • Oversee all copy and content to meet brand standards
  • Ability to create a standardized process across development, design, and marketing teams
  • Manages bug fixes, site issues and other site content for relevancy and accuracy
  • Deep understanding of the customer journey touchpoints across digital platforms to create a comprehensive customer view
  • Can think tactically and strategically, across multi-functional teams and brands
  • Drive effective teamwork, communication, and collaboration to achieve objectives
  • Manager to set of KPS's around sales, conversion, marketing trends, website traffic, and overall customer trends to drive the business forward

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years experience managing large scale ecommerce platforms
  • Proven track record of website development, managing a team of designers and developers
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Detailed understanding of SEO and content creation
  • Must have a meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Be effective at achieving objectives and hitting timelines with cross functional teams.
  • Can demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
  • Have clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Can be an organized self-starter who can deal with ambiguity and who can work both independently and alongside a team, exercise sound judgment and take initiative.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of the Ecommerce website development and Architecture, preferably in Big Commerce or other similar headless CMS environments
  • General knowledge of system integrations with, ERP, PIM, and other Digital marketing tools
  • Be aware of emerging trends in ecommerce technologies, social networks, user content, video etc.
  • Love of outdoors and winter sports.
