POSITION SUMMARY

Our hosts set the stage for outstanding guest experiences. Whether dining in the restaurant or ordering food to-go, your professionalism and genuine friendliness makes the guest feel welcome, appreciated, and cared for. Your knowledge of the menu and adherence to our to-go process will ensure accurate and timely service for guests’ taking Bomba home.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Warmly and graciously greeting guests upon arrival and thanking them upon their exit.
• Answering the phone and taking to-go orders.
• Maintaining a waitlist and providing a proper quote to guests.
• Seating guests based on preferences while balancing the number of tables in each server’s section.
• Upon seating, offering guests a menu and informing them of their server’s name.
• Relaying special notes and requests to servers and bus persons as needed.
• Assisting in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe restaurant.
• Practicing great teamwork by helping others!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be nice and hospitable
• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
• Possess basic English reading and communication skills
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours)
