Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Maintain high quality workmanship in the field.
- Maintain customer relations.
- Train crew members.
- Maintain crew moral.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained.
- Ensure all employees are following safety policies.
- Ensure time sheets are filled out properly.
- Ensure all jobs are completed properly in a timely manner.
Tools, equipment, and technology utilized for job:
- Lawn mower.
- Rakes.
- Pruners and shears.
- Hedge trimmers.
- Blowers.
- Tillers.
Qualifications
- 5+ years lawn maintenance experience.
- 2+ years of crew leadership experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to teach others.
Requirements
- Valid Texas drivers license.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
