Job Description

Duties of the Supervisor include but are not limited to:

  • Create and maintain client relations by providing excellent customer service
  • Supervising, training & assigning work for crew members; set priorities and meet production schedules
  • Supervise multiple landscape & irrigation installation projects
  • Inspect all field work; analyzing and resolving problems
  • Work alongside crew members, motivating, teaching, and setting pace
  • Manage equipment utilization on projects, equipment storage and maintenance
  • Comply with all company policies/procedures and safety requirements
  • Work with clients to create projects concerning maintenance, landscape design and plant installation
  • Mentor and coach team members to ensure that instructions are followed, deadlines are met, and schedules are maintained



  • Strong knowledge of plants, plant identification, proper care of plant material & sod
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in developing processes, procedures, and people to increase profitability, efficiencies, and engagement
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) (Preferred)



  • Valid Texas driver’s license
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture or related field (Preferred)
