Are you ready to set schools up for success so they can help their students solve the world's most challenging problems? MIND Research Institute is currently seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and innovative part-time Implementation Facilitator. Our Implementation Team is responsible for getting customers set up in ST Math and prepared to begin using the program with their students. This candidate would conduct the initial meetings with customers and follow up with information to facilitate ST Math startup.

Practice active listening and help educators clarify their questions and concerns in the Implementation Meeting. Collaborate with the Implementation team to get accounts rostered and the customer ready to begin using ST Math, providing them with appropriate resources. Support the organization's initiatives to create a strong, inclusive culture as we continue to learn, grow, and move forward together.

Problem-Solving: Prioritize projects as you balance the needs of multiple internal and external requests and share getting started strategies with customers in the various stages of implementation. Work with internal and external stakeholders to recommend best practices for customers based on their districts needs to begin the implementation of ST Math.

Learning: Quickly assimilate new information and stay abreast of product changes and implementation procedures. Confidently utilize tools to document the implementation process.

  • Are you an expert questioner, able to pull out math goals and expectations people didnt even realize they had for their students?

  • Do you have a deep understanding of rostering and account provisioning in ed tech?

  • Can you manage dozens of high priority projects with internal and external stakeholders, all while keeping your calm and meeting deadlines?

  • Have people commended you for your note-taking, attention to detail, and organizational skills?

  • Does your work reflect your commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion?

The major functions of this role include:

  • Acting as a trusted advisor for the school or district

  • Leading customer-facing presentations and meetings

  • Developing, tracking, and prioritizing project tasks throughout the life cycle of a project

  • Providing best practice solutions based on a school or districts defined implementation goals

  • Leading, planning and management of multiple ST Math startup implementations concurrently

  • Documenting all communications and activities in CRM

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • The ability to engage with district administrators, principals, and teachers via webcam

  • Excellent time management skills -- punctuality and efficiency a must

  • Demonstrated success in project management

  • Proficiency with MS Office, NetSuite, Salesforce, and WebEx

  • Bachelor's degree or 3 years of business process or professional services consulting experience

  • Previous experience with ST Math a plus

This part-time position reports to the Manager of Support and Implementation and will be a fully remote role.  This role can be anywhere in the United States, as long as you can turn on your camera to build rapport, even from a distance.
