MIND Research Institute is currently seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and innovative part-time Implementation Facilitator. Our Implementation Team is responsible for getting customers set up in ST Math and prepared to begin using the program with their students. This candidate would conduct the initial meetings with customers and follow up with information to facilitate ST Math startup.

Practice active listening and help educators clarify their questions and concerns in the Implementation Meeting. Collaborate with the Implementation team to get accounts rostered and the customer ready to begin using ST Math, providing them with appropriate resources. Support the organization's initiatives to create a strong, inclusive culture as we continue to learn, grow, and move forward together.
Problem-Solving: Prioritize projects as you balance the needs of multiple internal and external requests and share getting started strategies with customers in the various stages of implementation. Work with internal and external stakeholders to recommend best practices for customers based on their districts needs to begin the implementation of ST Math.
Learning: Quickly assimilate new information and stay abreast of product changes and implementation procedures. Confidently utilize tools to document the implementation process.
