Post Production Portables Coordinator


At Access, the Post Production Portables Coordinator inspects, ships, receives, repairs, and maintains an accurate and current graphic inventory for one of our largest clients.



What you’ll do:

  • Conduct project launch meetings and “last calls” as needed to ensure the team is up to date with needs of the project and operational requirements
  • Works closely with the Amgen team to ensure all graphics are shipped to the sales representatives as requested
  • Prior to shipment to the show, inspect exhibit graphics for condition, cleanliness and accuracy. Make repairs as needed while communicating with the project manager to ensure proper costs are captured
  • Prepare graphics for shipment and pack into proper shipping containers
  • Load containers onto truck or in storage as needed to meet client and shipping deadlines
  • Maintain a complete and accurate inventory of all graphic materials within Access Track
  • Work closely with the account manager assigned to each job to ensure that the graphics are pulled and shipped properly, and target graphics are correct
  • Follow up with the table top display and portable supervisor if graphics do not return with 14 days of the ship date
  • Maintain work area in a safe and clean condition free of hazards
  • Proactively order new graphics crates or other shipping containers as needed
  • Display new graphics for the design team to check for quality control as needed/requested
  • Order parts necessary to complete repairs
  • Inspect incoming exhibit crates/graphics returning from shows and prepare damage reports within 10 business days of the property 
  • Prepare and affix labels on crates accurately indicating crate contents
  • Adhere to all timelines and deadlines. Communicate deviations to the timeline in a proactive manner to the appropriate project manager
  • Assist other team members within Amgen production team
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with all internal clients and vendors.  Treat all internal clients and vendors with respect and professionalism

What we’d love to see:

  • A minimum of a High school diploma.  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in inventory management
  • General knowledge of graphics layout and design preferred
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in the tradeshow industry and driving a forklift is preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 80 pounds is required for success in this role
  • Strong working knowledge of safety requirements and safe working practices
