Job Description
The Virtual Education Program Coordinator is responsible for the operations and coordination of virtual live training programs, with an initial primary focus of supporting our provider orientation experience. This includes, but is not limited to, schedule logistics of providers, team members & educators, ensuring standardization which includes ensuring training programs for anyone providing education & check list oversight, communication with all key stakeholders, workflows, and ensuring all training materials are updated quarterly & as needed by subject matter experts. Requested participation in other Learning and Development activities may occur at the discretion of the Vice President of Learning and Development. This role reports to the Vice President of Learning and Development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and run operational components of virtual Learning and Development programs, including:
- Coordinating Logistics for trainings and group discussions, across different time zones and learner types
- Manage orientation checklists process including coordination for checklist completion between different segments of the orientation program, communication of checklist results with key stakeholders, housing of completed checklists, continuous improvement of checklists
- Create a supportive plan, in coordination with hiring manager, to assist new hires not progressing with training as expected
- Obtain feedback, identify opportunities and implement action plans when indicated to enhance the virtual training programs
- Develop and maintain a dashboard measuring program impact. Develop reports on program impact
- Be an engaged leader of the Learning and Development team
- Be a positive Curana culture ambassador when working across teams and with our new associates and providers
- Comply with all Curana policies and uphold profession standards

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher-level degree
- Prior experience in program building, logistics, and people management, ideally within a learning and development team
- Proficient in Microsoft office, virtual meeting platforms and collaboration tools
- Six sigma training preferred
Travel Requirements:

- Up to 10% travel required for leadership development, team building or to attend strategy meetings
