Description

POSITION SUMMARY

 

To optimize the customer’s experience by verifying information, scheduling appointments, processing subscription orders, tracking order status, maintaining database and to contribute to the overall well-being of the business.  Starting rate of pay is $10-$15/HR + Incentives (varies per Campaign).

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE

 

  • Make outbound calls and answer incoming calls
  • Speak to potential customers by phone and email
  • Obtain and verify customer information necessary for campaign
  • Describe program/product and explain program/product features
  • Determine customer eligibility per campaign program/product requirements
  • Quote policy standards and confirm pricing, per campaign program/product
  • Answer customer questions
  • Maintain updated knowledge of campaign program/product and participate in educational opportunities
  • Conduct Sales [specific to assigned Campaign), as needed
  • Prepare customer service reports

 

Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE

 

Education:  High School Diploma or GED equivalent

 

 

Experience:

 

  • Previous work experience required
  • Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
     
    Knowledge/Skills:
     
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Computer and data entry skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work part-time or full-time hours with flexibility of availability
  • Dependable transportation and punctual attendance
  • Bilingual - ability to fluently speak English and Spanish a plus
