Who You Are:
We are looking for candidates who have:
- At least five years of work in development, philanthropy, or a related field including experience in professional fundraising roles with increasing responsibility.
- Previous success in driving individual giving at a thriving non-profit.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong relationship-building abilities with multiple stakeholders, including colleagues across locations and departments, partners and board members.
- Growth mindset and flexibility to manage competing and shifting priorities
- Ability to travel to NatureBridge locations to support events, board meetings and donor cultivation.
- Knowledge of national philanthropic trends
- Commitment to NatureBridge’s mission.
- Demonstrated commitment to equity and inclusion in the workplace. We especially encourage you to apply if you are a member of (or have extensive experience working with people from) any communities that are impacted by the historic and current system of oppression that has limited access to environmental education, or the outdoors in general.
- Data management experience.
- Integrity handling confidential and sensitive donor information.
- Ability to manage competing or shifting priorities
- Self-motivation and the ability to creatively problem-solve
