Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent in a related field required.
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Korean language proficiency is very helpful.
- Time Management skills: manage daily schedule; evening and weekend availability required.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Knowledge of Catholic faith and parish life. Two years of Conference level work recommended.
- Working knowledge of social media and social networks.
- Understanding of the Rule, structure, mission, and objectives of the Society.
- Prior volunteer-support experience recommended.
- Excellent computer skills; experience in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook; great internet research abilities required.
- Great communication skills required, oral and written. Excellent problem-solving skills; Good natured; Helpful attitude; and thrives in a busy environment.
Working Conditions & Physical Work Demands:
- Stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach on a daily basis.
- Lift and move up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
- Regular and on-time attendance is critical; hours occasionally exceed 40 hours per week.
Full-time employees are offered medical, dental, vision, and 403b options. The Society will cover 90% of the costs for medical, vision, and HMO dental benefits.
