With direction, supervises digital media programs and campaigns.

• Manages the planning and implementation of digital media plans and tools for a variety of clients, utilizing variety of digital mediums (search, social, video).
• Develops digital media and social media strategies and budget allocations to achieve client goals.
• Recommends and oversees implementation of the most effective digital communications within client budgets for assigned agency clients.
• Constantly explore new digital options, platforms and analyze for client benefit.
• Update clients/agency with digital media trends and topics (integrate with other media).
• Excels at collaboration and communication with creative and client services.
• Advocates for new business opportunities; develops and utilizes network of reps.
• Plans, creates, communicates and evaluates client digital marketing campaigns for successful outcomes.
• Participates in community events and volunteers with community organizations.
• Performs administrative tasks as necessary.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Works well in a fast-paced team environment and thrives on collaborating with team members.
• Convincing presentation skills.
• Strong organizational, mathematical, problem solving and analytical skills,
• Able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Able to engage effectively with diverse individuals at all levels.
• Knowledge of digital platforms, spreadsheet, presentation and word processing software.
Preferred Skills, Experience and Education
• Advanced knowledge of digital platforms.
• Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring junior staff.
• Minimum of seven years of relevant experience in an advertising agency or similar setting.
• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university or equivalent experience.

• Equal time spent sitting/standing, frequently required to walk.
