Gotham Greens is seeking a Designer to help Gotham Greens grow as a modern, sustainable fresh food brand. In this role, you will help develop and articulate Gotham Greens’ visual brand across a variety of print and digital mediums. You will join you a team that is responsible for how the Gotham Greens brand is brought to life visually, digitally, and experientially – from design strategy to concepting to production. This includes design of Gotham Greens’ digital properties, packaging, shopper marketing, marketing communications, environments (e.g., trade shows, field marketing), and social content, among others. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented designer who loves consistency, understands the importance of knowing your audience, what resonates with them, and how to distill complex ideas into fresh and compelling creative. This role reports to the Senior Brand Manager.

As we grow our brand, we want to continue scaling our presence across print and digital mediums in a way that feels ownable to who we are as a brand and genuine to whom we engage with every day.   




  • Complete end-to-end creative projects, from concept and competitive research to presentations and design implementation.   

  • Execute digital and print design production of approved design work based on a strategic direction, including digital and print collateral.  

  • Adapt Gotham Greens’ visual brand language to marketing collateral, including print materials, presentations, signage, etc. 

  • Ensure that projects and internal company documents adhere to the Gotham Greens style guide. 

  • Proofread and edit documents before going to print to ensure consistency and accuracy.  

  • Help catalog and update Gotham Greens’ design files and image library to ensure accessibility and optimize collaboration.  

  • Create new templates for internal documentation, including power point decks, greenhouse signage, SOPs and other employee resources.  

  • Contribute to post-production editing of photography and video content  




  • At least 5 years of design experience in ad agency/in-house or marketing services experience with a related degree 

  • Proficient knowledge in standard design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign) and Microsoft PowerPoint 

  • Concept and idea-driven, whether that is starting with an original concept or retrofitting an existing one 

  • Strong designer with a clear grasp of layout, typography and hierarchy 

  • Reliable and highly motivated with a creative flair and lively personality 

  • Flexibility and an interest in creative collaboration between cross-functional internal teams  

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills  

  • Knowledge of After Effects, motion design and video editing a plus 

  • Generates content quickly and perfectly, while sticking to deadlines 

  • Self-starter with strong multi-tasking capabilities and a positive can-do approach to problem-solving.
